| 燃气燃烧器操作 Gas burner operation 因为燃气燃烧器主要燃料分天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气及其他可燃气体，这几种燃料属易燃、易爆的危险气体，在使用和储藏过程中都应对安全引起高度重视，否则将发生重大安全方面的事故。 Because the main fuels of gas burners are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases, which are flammable and explosive dangerous gases, great attention should be paid to safety in the use and storage process, otherwise major safety problems will occur. (一)、开机操作: (I) startup operation: 1.对新安装炉体，调试前应认真检测燃气是否符合燃烧器的要求;检查供气管路上的检测仪器是否正常及管道阀门开、关是否正常，是否便于以后使用及检修。 1. For the newly installed furnace body, before commissioning, it is necessary to carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner; check whether the detection instrument on the air supply pipeline is normal, whether the opening and closing of the pipeline valve are normal, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance. 2.对新安装的管道，应认真检查所有管路的安装可靠性和管路的密封性。 2. For newly installed pipes, carefully check the installation reliability and tightness of all pipes. 3.使用单独气化站的用户，要保证供气量、供气参数符合安全燃烧要求。 3. The operator shall carefully read the equipment operation manual and master the safety operation knowledge and methods. 5.每次开机前要检查燃气阀门是否打开，否则燃烧器不工作。 5. Check whether the gas valve is open before starting each time, otherwise the burner will not work. 6.启动控制柜上的电源控制按扭，此时数显表就显示当前炉内温度，新安的装炉体此温度为环境温度。 6. Start the power control button on the control cabinet, at this time, the digital display meter will display the current furnace temperature, which is the ambient temperature of the newly installed furnace body. 7.启动风机控制按扭，安装在炉体上的风机就工作，此时若风机损坏控制柜就自动保护不进入下一步操作。 7. At this time, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will automatically protect it from further operation. 8.助燃风机工作无异常现象时，再启动燃烧控制按扭，此时燃烧程序控制器就开始工作，它通过一定的程序进行点火、送气、检测火焰、等程序最终实现安全燃烧。 8. When the combustion supporting fan works without any abnormal phenomenon, start the combustion control button again, and then the combustion program controller starts to work. It carries out ignition, air supply, flame detection, and other programs through certain programs to finally realize safe combustion. 9.当燃烧控制器收到不利于燃烧的信号(例:点火失败、气压不稳定、电路有问题)等问题时，燃烧控制器就立刻关闭燃气并发出报警信号。 9. When the combustion controller receives the signal that is not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, air pressure instability, circuit problems), the combustion controller will immediately shut down the gas and send out an alarm signal. 10. 燃烧控制器若报警，必须是解决故障后由操作人员对其手动复位才可以继续工作。 10. If the combustion controller gives an alarm, it must be reset manually by the operator after the fault is solved before continuing to work. 11.整个设备的操作，操作人员应参考炉体安全操作规程及生产工艺要求进行操作。 11. For the operation of the whole equipment, the operator shall refer to the safety operation regulations and production process requirements of the furnace body for operation. 12.按生产工艺要求需要调整控制温度时，操作员应参考智能数控表说明书进行调节。 12. (二)、关机操作: (II) shutdown operation: (1)关机有两种情况:第一是:当炉内温度到达所设定值自动关机，此时操作员不必任何操作，等到炉内温度低于设定值时控制器会自动开机。 (1) there are two conditions for shutdown: the first is that when the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, it will automatically shut down, and the operator does not need to operate at this time. When the temperature in the furnace is lower than the set value, the controller will automatically start up. (2)第二是:人为停机和交接班停机时，此时操作员应按开机时的相反顺序(a.先关闭燃烧控制按扭、b.再关闭风机按扭、c.最后关闭电源按扭)操作关机。 (2) the second is: in case of man-made shutdown and shift shutdown, the operator shall operate the shutdown in the reverse order (A. turn off the combustion control button, B. turn off the fan button, C. turn off the power button at last). (3)关机时间较长情况下操作员应关闭燃气管路阀门，以免燃气泄漏现象发生。 (3) when the shutdown time is long, the operator shall close the gas pipeline valve to avoid gas leakage. |
