| 燃气燃烧器原理 Principle of Gas Burner 当可燃气体(城市煤气、天然气、液化石油气)由微电脑控制系统按程序控制进入燃烧器的燃烧头内，由一次风与可燃气体混合，点火燃烧，二次风助燃，实现充分燃烧。燃烧状况由火焰自动跟踪系统检测控制燃烧，当燃烧出现故障(燃烧室缺氧、可燃气体欠压、可燃烧气体断流、气量不足等)，控制系统发出指令，供气系统的电磁阀迅速关闭，切断气电源，燃烧器自动吹扫后停机，指示故障。 When the combustible gas (city gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas) is programmed into the burner head by a microcomputer control system, the primary air and combustible gas are mixed, ignited and burned, and the secondary air is used to support combustion, so as to achieve full combustion. Combustion status is controlled by automatic flame tracking system. When combustion failure occurs (lack of oxygen in combustion chamber, under-pressure of combustible gas, interrupted flow of combustible gas, insufficient gas volume, etc.), the control system sends out instructions, the solenoid valve of the gas supply system closes quickly, the gas power supply is cut off, and the burner stops after automatic blowing, indicating the failure. |
