| 燃气燃烧器操作 Gas burner operation 因为燃气燃烧器主要燃料分天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气及其他可燃气体，这几种燃料属易燃、易爆的危险气体，在使用和储藏过程中都应对安全引起高度重视，否则将发生重大安全方面的事故。 Because the main fuels of gas burner are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases, these fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases. (一)、开机操作: (1) Boot-up operation: 1.对新安装炉体，调试前应认真检测燃气是否符合燃烧器的要求;检查供气管路上的检测仪器是否正常及管道阀门开、关是否正常，是否便于以后使用及检修。 1. Before debugging the newly installed furnace body, it is necessary to carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner; check whether the testing instruments on the gas supply pipeline are normal, whether the pipeline valves are open and closed properly, and whether it is convenient for later use and maintenance. 2.对新安装的管道，应认真检查所有管路的安装可靠性和管路的密封性。 2. For newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and sealing of all pipelines should be carefully checked. 3.使用单独气化站的用户，要保证供气量、供气参数符合安全燃烧要求。 3. (二)、关机操作: (2) Shutdown operation: (1)关机有两种情况:第一是:当炉内温度到达所设定值自动关机，此时操作员不必任何操作，等到炉内温度低于设定值时控制器会自动开机。 (1) There are two kinds of shutdown: the first is that when the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, the operator does not need any operation at this time, and when the temperature in the furnace is lower than the set value, the controller will automatically turn on. (2)第二是:人为停机和交接班停机时，此时操作员应按开机时的相反顺序(a.先关闭燃烧控制按扭、b.再关闭风机按扭、c.最后关闭电源按扭)操作关机。 (2) The second is: when the man-made shutdown and handover shutdown, the operator should turn off the machine in the opposite order (a. turn off the combustion control press, B. turn off the fan press, C. turn off the power supply press). |
