| 燃油燃烧机由油喷嘴和调风器组成。油喷嘴安置在调风器轴心线上,将油雾化成细滴,以一定的扩散角(也称雾化角)喷入燃烧室内,与调风器送入的空气相混后着火燃烧。油喷嘴主要有压力雾化和双流体雾化两种。压力雾化油喷嘴由分流片、旋流片和雾化片组成。油压一般为2~3兆帕。油在旋流片内产生高速旋转运动,经中心孔喷出,在离心力的作用下破碎成细滴,经雾化后的油滴平均直径在 100微米以下。双流体雾化油喷嘴利用蒸汽或压缩空气作为雾化介质,使油加速而破碎雾化。用蒸汽作为雾化介质的Y型油喷嘴(图3 Y型油喷嘴),因蒸汽通道和油通道成 Y形斜交而得名,它具有负荷调节范围大、蒸汽消耗少的优点。 The fuel burner consists of an oil nozzle and an air conditioner. The oil nozzle is placed on the axis line of the air conditioner, atomizes the oil into fine droplets, sprays into the combustion chamber at a certain diffusion angle (also known as atomization angle), and combusts after mixing with the air supplied by the air conditioner. There are two main types of oil nozzles: pressure atomization and two-fluid atomization. Pressure atomizing oil nozzle is composed of distributor, swirl and atomizer. Oil pressure is generally 2-3 MPa. Oil produces a high-speed rotating motion in the swirl vane, ejects through the central hole, breaks up into fine droplets under the action of centrifugal force, and the average diameter of atomized droplets is less than 100 microns. Two-fluid atomizing oil nozzle uses steam or compressed air as atomizing medium to accelerate oil and break up atomization. Y-type oil nozzle with steam as atomizing medium (Fig. 3 Y oil nozzle) is named for its Y-shaped oblique intersection of steam passage and oil passage. It has the advantages of large load regulation range and low steam consumption. |
