The average diameter of the atomized oil drops is less than 100 μ M. The double fluid atomizing oil nozzle uses steam or compressed air as atomizing medium to accelerate the oil and break up the atomization. The Y-type oil nozzle with steam as atomizing medium is named for its Y-shaped oblique intersection between steam channel and oil channel. It has the advantages of large load regulation range and less steam consumption.
