锅炉燃烧器使用注意事项
Cautions for Use of Boiler Burner
1、连接外围电路，对锅炉温度、压力、水位等实现自动控制时请按控制系统接线图接线。
1. Connect the peripheral circuit. When realizing the automatic control of the temperature, pressure and water level of the boiler, please follow the wiring diagram of the control system.
2、吸油管不得贴近油箱底部，应保持80--120mm的距离。向油箱注油前应关闭燃烧机，燃油经过过滤后方能注入油箱，注油20分钟后才能重新开机。油路系统不得漏油和漏气。启动燃烧机前检查油箱燃油是否充足。
2. The suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the tank, and the distance between 80 and 120 mm shall be maintained. The burner should be shut down before injecting oil into the tank. The fuel can be injected into the tank only after filtering, and the engine can be restarted after 20 minutes of injecting oil. Oil and gas leakage shall not be allowed in the oil pipeline system. Check the fuel tank before starting the burner.
3、风门大小应与喷嘴规格相匹配。燃烧机使用时，由于所配锅炉和燃烧机出厂时调试用锅炉不一致，所以一般需要适当调整风门，有时还需要更换合适规格和喷射角度的油嘴。
3. Throttle size should be matched with nozzle size. When the burner is in use, due to the inconsistency between the matched boiler and the boiler used for commissioning when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the air valve properly, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the fuel nozzle of the appropriate specification and injection angle.
4、燃烧机的使用环境温度不得超过70℃，否则应采取降温隔热措施。在较寒冷的地区使用时，应对储油装置和供回油管路系统采取适当的保温措施，以防油路因冻结堵塞。同时，燃烧机控制电路部分不得受潮或受高温。清扫烟囱时请关闭燃烧机。
4. The ambient temperature of the burner should not exceed 70 C. Otherwise, cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for oil storage devices and oil supply and return pipeline systems to prevent blockage due to freezing. At the same time, the control circuit of the burner should not be damped or subjected to high temperature. Turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
5、电机应注意防潮,避免在潮湿环境下使用。
5. Motors should be moistureproof to avoid using in humid environment.
6、燃烧机安装时应保持平衡，宜水平或垂直使用，避免倾斜使用。
6. The burner should be installed in a balanced manner, and should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid inclined use.
7、不方便直接操作燃烧机时，应外接控制开关及电器保护装置。

8、经常检查燃烧机及各部件的连接是否坚固，有无松动，位置有无变化。

Cautions for Use of Boiler Burner
