Gas Burner Operation
因为燃气燃烧器主要燃料分天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气及其他可燃气体，这几种燃料属易燃、易爆的危险气体，在使用和储藏过程中都应对安全引起高度重视，否则将发生重大安全方面的事故。
Because the main fuels of gas burner are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases, these fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases. Safety should be paid great attention in the process of use and storage, otherwise major safety accidents will occur.
（一）、开机操作：
(1) Boot-up operation:
1．对新安装炉体，调试前应认真检测燃气是否符合燃烧器的要求；检查供气管路上的检测仪器是否正常及管道阀门开、关是否正常，是否便于以后使用及检修。
1. Before debugging the newly installed furnace body, it is necessary to carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner; check whether the testing instruments on the gas supply www.hrbzhoucheng.com.cn www.luyuanshi.com.cn www.fapaoji.net.cn www.shexinji.com.cn www.kexinji.com.cn www.jiaozhuji.com.cnpipeline are normal, whether the pipeline valves are open and closed properly, and whether it is convenient for later use and maintenance.
2．对新安装的管道，应认真检查所有管路的安装可靠性和管路的密封性。

3．使用单独气化站的用户，要保证供气量、供气参数符合安全燃烧要求。
3. Users using separate gasification stations should ensure that the gas supply volume and parameters meet the requirements of safe combustion.
4．操作人员认真阅读设备使用说明书，熟练掌握安全操作知识及方法。

5．每次开机前要检查燃气阀门是否打开，否则燃烧器不工作。
5. Check whether the gas valve is opened before each start-up, otherwise the burner will not work.
6．启动控制柜上的电源控制按扭，此时数显表就显示当前炉内温度，新安的装炉体此温度为环境温度。
6. Start the power control on the control cabinet and press the torsion. At this time, the digital display shows the current furnace temperature, which is the ambient temperature of Xin'an furnace body.
7．启动风机控制按扭，安装在炉体上的风机就工作，此时若风机损坏控制柜就自动保护不进入下一步操作。
7. Start the fan to control the torsion, and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. At this time, if the fan damages the control cabinet, the automatic protection will not enter the next operation.
8．助燃风机工作无异常现象时，再启动燃烧控制按扭，此时燃烧程序控制器就开始工作，它通过一定的程序进行点火、送气、检测火焰、等程序最终实现安全燃烧。
8. When there is no abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the combustion-supporting fan, the combustion control press is restarted, and then the combustion program controller starts to work. It finally realizes the safe combustion through certain procedures such as ignition, air supply, flame detection and so on.
9．当燃烧控制器收到不利于燃烧的信号（例：点火失败、气压不稳定、电路有问题）等问题时，燃烧控制器就立刻关闭燃气并发出报警信号。
9. When the combustion controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (e.g. ignition failure, gas pressure instability, circuit problems), the combustion controller immediately closes the gas and sends out an alarm signal.
10. 燃烧控制器若报警，必须是解决故障后由操作人员对其手动复位才可以继续工作。
10. If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after solving the fault before it can continue to work.
11.整个设备的操作，操作人员应参考炉体安全操作规程及生产工艺要求进行操作。
11. Operators should refer to the safety operation rules of furnace body and production process requirements for the operation of the whole equipment.
12.按生产工艺要求需要调整控制温度时，操作员应参考智能数控表说明书进行调节。

（二）、关机操作：
(2) Shutdown operation:
（1）关机有两种情况：第一是：当炉内温度到达所设定值自动关机，此时操作员不必任何操作，等到炉内温度低于设定值时控制器会自动开机。
(1) There are two kinds of shutdown: the first is that when the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, the operator does not need any operation at this time, and when the temperature in the furnace is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on automatically.
（2）第二是：人为停机和交接班停机时，此时操作员应按开机时的相反顺序（a.先关闭燃烧控制按扭、b.再关闭风机按扭、c.最后关闭电源按扭）操作关机。
(2) The second is: when the man-made shutdown and handover shutdown, the operator should turn off the machine in the opposite order (a. turn off the combustion control press, B. turn off the fan press, C. turn off the power supply press).
（3）关机时间较长情况下操作员应关闭燃气管路阀门，以免燃气泄漏现象发生。
(3) In case of long shutdown time, operators should close the gas pipeline valves in order to avoid gas leakage.
